Welcome to Sea + Second, a freshly renovated beach home located at 180 E Second Street, just a 3 to 5 minute walk to two nearby public beach access points, including one that is handicap accessible. This charming coastal retreat features 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a bright, modern living space with an open-concept kitchen, quartz countertops, and new appliances. Outside, enjoy a private in-ground pool, outdoor shower, and plenty of parking.

Cleaning and linens are included in your reservation. Linen service includes whole-house bed linens and bath towels, with top and fitted sheets for each bed, pillowcases, one towel set per guest, and one kitchen towel provided.

*Beach towels are not included.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire home, part of the garage, the pool area, outdoor shower, and parking areas. The inside of the home and guest garage is accessed via keyless entry.

Additional Information

• No smoking inside the home
• No pets allowed
• No parties, events, or large gatherings

Your safety matters. The property features exterior security cameras facing the driveway and HVAC/pool equipment areas. Cameras are outward facing and do not monitor any interior or private spaces. Cameras record video when motion is detected. During rental season, the camera located near the pool area is turned backward to protect guest privacy.

The garage located at the front of the home is available for guest use. Guests may access it using the same door code provided for the house. Once inside, the front garage door may be opened to store a golf cart or beach supplies. The garage door leading to the poolside may also be opened from inside the garage.

We provide a small starter supply of essentials for your first day, including:

• One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• Hand soap
• One roll of paper towels
• One trash bag per trash can

While we provide a few starter items, we recommend bringing additional supplies for longer stays, including:
